Pay Per Response
Each AI answer in AnonReply is purchased individually as a one-time in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges – you only pay when you choose to get a response.
Platform Billing
All payments are processed by the platform provider on your device. This means purchases go through Apple's App Store on iOS or Google Play Store on Android. AnonReply does not handle your payment information directly; we never see your credit card details or personal billing info. Any billing issues or refund requests must be addressed through Apple or Google, as they manage all transactions and refunds under their store policies.
All Sales Final – No Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. AnonReply does not offer refunds, rebates, returns, or chargebacks for any reason. Once you purchase an AI response, the sale is complete. (If you believe there was an error with a purchase, you will need to contact Apple or Google support for assistance, per their refund rules. AnonReply itself cannot issue refunds.)
Privacy & Anonymity
No Account Required
You can use AnonReply immediately without creating any account or login. We will never ask you to sign up or provide personal details to use the app.
No Personal Data Collection
AnonReply does not collect any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment details. Your in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google, so we never receive your personal billing information.
No Tracking
We do not track your activity or usage of the app. AnonReply contains no analytics SDKs, no third-party advertising trackers, and no cookies. We don't monitor, profile, or remember what you do in the app.
Anonymity by Design
The app is built from the ground up to protect your privacy. Your questions and the AI's replies are not linked to your identity – in fact, they are not stored in any way that could identify you. We keep no logs of user activity tied to personal data. By not collecting or retaining personal info, AnonReply ensures your usage remains truly anonymous.
This policy is publicly accessible on our website and via the App Store/Google Play support links. It is provided for your knowledge and peace of mind – no acceptance or sign-up is required. Using AnonReply means you agree to these terms. We remain committed to a simple, transparent service that respects your privacy.
AI Provided "As-Is"
AnonReply uses a Large Language Model (AI) to generate answers to your questions. While we aim to provide helpful and accurate information, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any answer. The AI's responses are provided "as is", without any warranty or assurance of any kind. By using the App, you understand that you should not rely solely on the AI's answer for critical decisions.
No Professional Advice
Answers are for general information purposes and are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
Use at Your Own Risk
You agree that any actions you take based on the answers are at your own risk, and the developers/operators of AnonReply are not liable for any outcomes or damages.
No Liability & No Guarantees
Under no circumstances shall AnonReply or its creators be held responsible for any direct or indirect harm resulting from the use of the App. We make no guarantees that the service will meet your expectations or be error-free. The service is provided as a convenience and we assume no responsibility for how it is used.
We also do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. There may be occasional downtime or updates that interrupt service.
"No Returns, No Refunds"
Since AnonReply operates on a pay-per-response model, there are no refunds for purchased responses. If you are dissatisfied or encounter issues, you may discontinue use at any time. For any billing concerns, please contact Apple or Google support directly.
Intellectual Property
The AnonReply app and all its content (excluding user-asked questions and AI-generated answers) are the intellectual property of the developers. This includes the app design, logo, and any text or graphics provided by us. You agree not to misuse or copy our branding or code.
Note: The answers generated by the AI are not considered the intellectual property of AnonReply or the user – they are generated text with no ownership claim. We do not reuse or publish your questions; once answered, the content is ephemeral.
User Responsibilities
Users must use AnonReply in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to use the app to harass, defame, or engage in any illegal activities. While you remain anonymous, any abuse of the service (such as spamming questions to overload the system, attempting to extract disallowed content from the AI, etc.) may result in temporary or permanent loss of access. We reserve the right to moderate or limit usage to protect the service and others.
